DO YOU SHIP TO OUTSIDE USA? We only ship within United States.
CAN YOU DELIVER AS GIFT? Yes, we deliver nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Just email your message to us and we will include it in the package. Let us know if you do not want showing the price.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR THESE PLANTS? Tell us the plants and the quantity you need for yourself or re-sale, and your ZIP code, we will offer you a quote for the same quality plants at the price lower than any other Internet supplier. Please feel free to ask for an updated price list.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT? Retail minimum order is $20. California residents add sales tax. Wholesale minimum order is $100. Order by bundles or cases for resale purpose. Seller's Permit is required for selling in California.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE? Once the payment is received by Friday this week, and the shipment will go out in the earlier next week, and arrive by Saturday next week.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES? For regular order, the shipping charges are based on the weight of products you ordered and your ZIP code. The prices on our website already included S & H for continental USA.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Place your orders with us via email (preferred), fax, and telephone. Give the address with immediate attention to the plant shipment. No P.O. box please. Signature is required for receiving.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD? We accept credit card, money order, business and personal checks. Please allow at least 7 days for check clearance. Please pay only after we offer you a quote.
HOW DO I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
CAN YOU DELIVER THE PACKAGE WITHOUT REQUIRING SIGNATURE? Yes, the package can be delivered without signature by your email request. However, you are responsible for the issues resulting from the no signature receiving.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS? Yes, you can change the shipping address before the shipment going out. But there is an address change fee after the shipment going out. The same fee is applied to an incorrect address you gave.
CAN YOU SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS NOT MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS? To protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card, please provide the following information: Your name, your credit card billing address, your telephone number, and the reason why the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address. We will not ship your order until all the information gets verified.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We guarantee the good quality of our products upon arrival. Please get the authorization from us before returning. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All the live plants you received must be returned to us via priority mail within 3 days from the date of first delivery. No return will be accepted afterwards.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP? Customer should be aware of that cold weather might frostbite tropical plants during shipping in winter. When to ship is solely your decision and you are responsible for weather related issues.
